The Corporate Secretary is responsible for supporting corporate governance activities, managing General Affairs (GA) operations, and coordinating expatriate employee administration to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. This role acts as a liaison between management, government institutions, external stakeholders, and expatriate employees to facilitate smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage corporate administrative matters, legal documents, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate communication with government authorities, embassies, external agencies, and business stakeholders.
Oversee General Affairs activities, including office facilities, asset management, vendor coordination, and company events.
Handle expatriate employee administration, including work permits, visas, stay permits, and compliance with immigration regulations.
Coordinate expatriate relocation support, including accommodation, transportation, travel arrangements, and related services.
Monitor permit validity and ensure timely renewal of expatriate documentation.
Support management with corporate reporting, meeting coordination, and special administrative projects.
Maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations and employee support services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, International Relations, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Secretary, General Affairs, Corporate Affairs, or Expatriate Management.
Strong understanding of Indonesian immigration, manpower regulations, and expatriate permit processes.
Experience dealing with government institutions and external stakeholders.
Excellent administrative, organizational, and coordination skills.
Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
