About the Role
PT Feige Indonesia Consultant is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Services Staff to support our clients in corporate licensing, company administration, tax registration, immigration matters, and regulatory compliance. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy handling corporate documentation, coordinating with government institutions, and assisting clients with business establishment and operational requirements in Indonesia.
Responsibilities :
- Handle company establishment and licensing processes through OSS-RBA.
- Process and manage company legal documents, including NIB, NPWP, and other business licenses.
- Assist clients with company data changes and updates through relevant government systems.
- Coordinate with banks for corporate account opening and related administrative requirements.
- Manage and maintain client corporate documents and records.
- Process TKA Online applications and support foreign worker administration.
- Assist with visa, KITAS, and immigration-related applications for foreign nationals.
- Coordinate with government agencies, banks, and external stakeholders regarding licensing and compliance matters.
- Support clients with tax administration matters through the Coretax system.
- Prepare, review, and organize supporting documents required for corporate, tax, and immigration processes.
- Ensure all client documents are properly maintained, updated, and compliant with applicable regulations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in corporate administration, licensing, legal administration, immigration, or related fields is preferred.
-Familiarity with Coretax, OSS-RBA, AHU Online, TKA Online, and immigration procedures is preferred.
- Understanding of company establishment, business licensing, NPWP registration, and company data amendment processes.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite in Green Lake City, Tangerang.
