PPIC Manager - Art Supplies Manufacture

Client Details: Largest manufacturers of writing instruments, art supplies, and stationery products.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage end-to-end PPIC, warehouse, and supply chain operations to ensure smooth production and on-time delivery.

2. Develop production planning, material requirements, and inventory strategies to optimize supply and demand while maintaining target stock levels.

3. Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales to ensure material availability and efficient production scheduling.

4. Monitor inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, and material flow to improve operational efficiency and minimize shortages or excess stock.

5. Utilize SAP PP & MM modules to manage planning, inventory, and production-related transactions while ensuring data accuracy.

6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning, inventory control, and supply chain processes in compliance with ISO standards.

7. Lead, coach, and develop the PPIC and warehouse team while providing analysis, reporting, and recommendations to support business objectives.

Requirements:

1. Minimum S1 graduate in major of Industrial Engineering / Management other Engineering from a reputable university.

2. Have minimum 5 years of experience in the fields of PPIC, Warehouse & Supply Chain, and 3 years on managing manufacturing company.

3. Have experience using SAP system, especially PP and MM module.

4. Have experience working in local & global environment in multinational company.

5. Fluent in English, both oral and written.

6. Good understanding in materials and production process and ISO.

7. Have good leadership and interpersonal skills.

8. Have good skills of analysis, planning, negotiating, and problem solving.

9. Detailed and accurate in working, have strong understanding in inventory management and supply & demand management.
