Senior Beauty Category Manager

SENIOR BEAUTY CATEGORY MANAGER

Responsibilities :

• Organize a team to develop for searching and purchase the beauty category (including the fragrance, perfume, health beauty, make up tools, etc).

• Manage product assortment, stock levels, and inventory planning to ensure optimal availability.

• Sort out existing supply chain resources and complete commodity R&D according to the direction of business plan.

• Negotiate, dealing and maintain professional relationships with factory owner / suppliers in order to fulfill production needs.

• Making market and product analysis report (front margin, back margin and customer satisfaction).

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign planning and execution.

• Coordinate with relevant department to ensure about purchase product

Requirements :

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree, at any field from reputable university

• Min. 5 years of experience as a Buyer or Category Manager for Beauty & Fragrance category

• Has a rich network of beauty suppliers or factories

• Has a good understanding of the retail business and market connections

• Has strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Fluent English both oral and written (Mandarin to be advantage)

• Dynamic and willing to work in under pressure situation
