Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and company-wide performance evaluations.
Manage daily HRGA operations and ensure compliance with policies and business needs.
Manage general affairs functions, including asset management, facility maintenance, and licensing.
Handle industrial relations and ensure alignment with labor laws and internal guidelines.
Lead initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
Maintain and audit HRGA documentation, including employment contracts and permits.
Build and manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and government entities.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of HRGA experience, including 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent knowledge of HR operations, labor regulations, and general affairs.
Willing to travel and work mobile across various company locations.
