Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Document and track customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Assist in training new team members and share best practices.
- Continuously learn about product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience and a positive attitude towards helping others.
