- Report maintenance related issues are identify corrections and corrective actions
- Performs corrective and preventive maintenance of plant equipment and facilities including:
- Mechanical - Processing (pump and motors), Spiral Conveyor and Cooling Tub
- Electrical - Processing and machine control panel, inverter, sensors, thermocouple and production lights.
- Facility - Steam, water, air and product pipe line.
- Performs in-house calibration, if needed
- Safe keeps tools and other device assigned
- Updates maintenance records regularly
- Ensures company policies are strictly implemented
Qualifications:
- At least college level preferably engineering courses (electronics, electrical, mechanical)
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field of work
- Attentive to details
- Must be analytical
- Good in communication and presentation skills
- Good problem-solving skills and creative approach for new ideas
- Good in technical knowledge
