Job Descriptions:
Identify and assess employee development needs (Especially for Operational Staff).
Design and implement innovative learning strategies, including blended learning and e-learning approaches.
Develop and monitor post-training programs to ensure continuous skill enhancement.
Collaborate with different divisions to ensure training aligns with company objectives.
Stay updated on the latest trends in employee development and adjust training programs as needed.
Responsible for developing, conducting, and assessing training program related to company SOPs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in any major (preferably Psychology and Education).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Training and Development or Learning and Development.
Hands-on experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA) and designing training programs.
Familiar with e-learning platforms, blended learning, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and graphic design tools to create interactive training materials.
Willing to travel to our warehouse to learn about the business processes.
Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta.
