Description
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information related to products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem and offering effective solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Document interactions with customers and update accounts as necessary.
- Achieve performance metrics by effectively managing call times and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: No prior experience required
