Site Maintenance Boiler Klaten

This position holder will perform work related to the installation, maintenance, operation, inspection, and testing of a variety of plant equipment including but not limited to fan, pump, piping, boiler parts and equipment, conveyor, wood shredder, and Telehandler.

• Perform maintenance to all plant equipment, including routine, predictive, preventive, reactive and emergency maintenance
• Participate in the performance of periodic plant operational integrity and safety tests to verify the proper operation of bucket elevator, hydraulic systems, boiler, pumps, fans, and other equipment
• Ability to be on call in case unplanned shutdown and need for fast response
• Prepare and/or modify maintenance SOP together with the plant management
• Order supplies and prepare maintenance service reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Execute maintenance tasks as defined in plant CMMS
• Assist Operations Shift Leader in minor operations works such as water analysis, valve operation, LOTO
• Responsible for maintaining tools provided
• Manage spare parts, including usage and replenishment together with the plant management,
• Assist in biomass dosing outside of office hours (with a wheel loader)

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
• At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Machinery Maintenance, Computer Literate, Experience in Boiler Maintenance, Boiler Repair and Troubleshooting
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
• Willingly to work on shift schedule
• Willingly to be placed on industrial alcohol beverages area
