Performa Optima Group is currently looking for a Finance Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the Group's day-to-day financial operations, comprehensive cost reporting, and budgeting, while strengthening internal controls to support our multisegment distribution network across Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the local Company’s day-to-day accounting and finance activities, focusing on accurate and timely costing.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and payments.
- Lead the monthly closing of accounts, ensuring the timely preparation and submission of comprehensive cost reports and analysis.
- Spearhead and coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts related to the commercial entity.
- Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, policies, and internal controls related to the commercial entity.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, legal counsel, bankers, corporate secretaries, and relevant local government authorities to ensure compliance and address costing-related financial reporting matters.
- Manage basic HR responsibilities, including employee record-keeping and performance evaluations.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from a reputable university.
- Preferably with a CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification.
- More than 5 years of relevant and practical experience in a trading or corporate environment.
- Comfortable working independently and coordinating with external legal, banking, and tax advisors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with finance leadership to improve processes.
