About The Role :
This is a 100% Commission-Based / Full Success-Fee remote position designed for ultimate freedom and unlimited financial upside. There is no base salary, but in return, we offer one of the most aggressive and lucrative recurring payout structures in the BPO industry.
Your primary mission is to open doors. You will identify, approach, and secure partnerships with European businesses looking for high-quality, cost-effective offshore talent solutions. If you are a natural closer who wants your income to be directly tied to your results rather than a fixed monthly paycheck, this role is for you.
What You'll Do :
B2B Prospecting & Outbound Sales: Actively hunt, qualify, and build a robust pipeline of potential B2B clients in Europe (Tech, Real Estate, Finance, E-commerce) via LinkedIn Premium, cold emailing, and outbound strategies.
Lead Generation & Nurturing: Initiate meaningful conversations with C-level executives, Founders, and Operations Directors to understand their scaling bottlenecks.
Set Up Scoping Calls: Secure and schedule high-quality introductory/scoping Zoom meetings between the potential clients and our executive leadership team (CEO/Founder).
Deal Strategy: Collaborate directly with the Founder to pitch tailored offshore team solutions and drive contracts to close.
What We're Looking For :
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven track record in B2B outbound sales, tech recruitment, or business development, preferably handling international clients.
English Proficiency: Exceptional, near-native verbal and written English communication skills. You must be comfortable conducting business negotiations with European corporate clients.
Time Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours overlapping with European time zones (Central European Time - CET), typically active from afternoon to evening WIB.
Mindset: A true self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, high resilience against rejection, and a results-driven work ethic.
Nice to Have :
Experience working previously in an IT software house, digital agency, or BPO company.
Having your own active tools or advanced workflows for lead generation (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, etc.).
