BIM LEAD (ARCHITECTURE)

PT Meinhardt Indonesia is looking for an experienced BIM Lead – Architecture to lead our Architectural BIM team and support the delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects.

This position is suitable for a hands-on BIM professional who can manage architectural modelers, control modelling and drawing production, coordinate with Structural and MEP teams, conduct clash-detection reviews, and maintain high standards of BIM documentation and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Architectural BIM Modeler team
• Assign work and monitor modelling and drawing progress
• Coordinate drawing lists, schedules, submissions, and transmittals
• Review architectural BIM models and construction documentation
• Ensure compliance with Revit, CAD, BIM, and QA standards
• Coordinate architectural models with Structure, MEP, Civil, Façade, and other disciplines
• Conduct regular clash-detection and model-coordination reviews
• Support BIM Execution Plan preparation and implementation
• Provide technical guidance and training to BIM Modelers
• Monitor team workload, manpower, and project resource requirements
• Remain hands-on and assist with modelling when required

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of Architectural BIM experience
• Previous experience leading or supervising BIM Modelers
• Advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD
• Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360, or Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Strong knowledge of architectural documentation and multidisciplinary coordination
• Consultancy experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, industrial, healthcare, or data centre projects will be an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
