Finance Specialist (Tax & Accounting)

Job Summary

Global Play Hub Innovations Corp. is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Specialist (Tax & Accounting) to manage accounting operations, taxation, financial reporting, and government compliance. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, BIR regulations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, EWT, FWT, DST, Percentage Tax, Annual ITR).
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government agencies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain the General Ledger and perform account reconciliations.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Process payroll tax remittances and statutory contributions.
• Support audits and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and government compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• CPA license and experience in the iGaming, FinTech, or Online Gaming industry are an advantage.
