About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in delivering direct patient care and supporting our clinical operations. As a Nurse, you will be instrumental in ensuring patients receive excellent care, monitoring their health status, and assisting healthcare practitioners in providing integrated traditional and modern medical treatments. This role requires a healthcare professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment whilst maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.
Key responsibilities
Providing direct patient care including assessment, monitoring and observation of patients' physical and emotional wellbeing
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare practitioners
Recording accurate and detailed patient medical records and vital signs
Supporting clinical procedures and assisting practitioners during patient consultations and treatments
Maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic clinical environment in accordance with infection control protocols
Communicating effectively with patients, families and members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and compassionate care
Responding promptly to patient requests and concerns whilst maintaining professional boundaries
Assisting with patient education regarding treatment plans and health maintenance
Monitoring and reporting any changes in patient condition to supervising healthcare practitioners
Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies and ethical standards
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented with a caring attitude.
Willing to learn Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practices.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic English communication is an advantage.
