Hiring Details

• Salary: Up to ?22,000 per month (depending on account and qualifications)

• Qualifications:
• K–12 Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• No BPO experience required
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account concerns.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update account information.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction and productivity metrics.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional assistance through phone, chat, or email.
