Preschool Teacher (BSD)

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll help young children (ages 2 years old to 5 years old) grow and learn in a fun, caring way. Your main tasks include:

• Creating and leading fun, age-appropriate activities and lessons to support children’s growth in social, emotional, physical, and thinking skills.

• Keeping the classroom safe, clean, and exciting to encourage kids to explore and learn.

• Building strong, friendly relationships with children, parents, and coworkers through clear communication and regular updates on each child’s progress.

• Observing how each child grows and learns, using this to plan personalized activities for them.

• Fostering a warm, welcoming classroom where kids feel curious, creative, and excited to learn.

• Working with other teachers and staff to plan special events, trips, and activities that involve parents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related education field.

• Willing to be placed in BSD area.

• Experience working with kids aged 2 years to 5 years in a school or daycare is a plus.

• Good English speaking and writing skills.

• Knowledge of how young children grow and learn, plus effective teaching methods for their age.

• Passion for teaching young kids and helping them love learning.

• Great communication and people skills to connect with kids, parents, and coworkers.

• First Aid and CPR certification (we’ll provide training if you don’t have it).
