Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting great talent with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned job vacancies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and initial assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, hiring turnaround time, and offer acceptance rate.
- Participate in job fairs, local hiring events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in manpower, staffing, or high-volume recruitment is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
