Job Summary
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for a US Financial Account. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to financial accounts.
- Assist customers with account information, billing concerns, payments, and general account inquiries.
- Provide accurate and timely information while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions using company systems.
- Follow company policies, security standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12).
- No work experience required.
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- Customer-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
