The customer is a sustainable footwear brand founded in 2009, dedicated to transforming discarded tires into durable, eco-friendly shoes. Their mission is to repurpose waste into stylish footwear while minimizing environmental impact.They are based in Bali.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination across multiple sales channels. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory, efficient warehouse processes, timely deliveries, and smooth coordination with internal teams and third-party logistics providers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.
- Oversee order fulfillment across e-commerce, retail, wholesale, and other sales channels.
- Coordinate shipments with third-party logistics providers and monitor delivery performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks and monthly stock opname.
- Handle inbound inventory, stock allocation, and warehouse organization.
- Monitor warehouse expenses, utilities, and facility maintenance.
- Manage procurement of warehouse operational supplies and packing materials.
- Prepare inventory and operational reports while ensuring process accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Experience in using Cin7, Packem, or other WMS systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
For this position, the client’s budget is between IDR 10,000,000 - 12,000,000 /month
