Role Overview
Provide executive-level leadership to a high-performing sales organization, driving revenue growth across capital equipment and aftermarket product lines, and leading the strategic direction, performance, and culture of the sales function within a high-volume injection molding manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Lead a team of sales associates, establish performance expectations, develop go-to-market strategies, own full P&L responsibility, identify new market opportunities, and drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in capital equipment sales
- Proven experience leading multi-site or regional sales teams of 25+ associates
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth across both capital equipment and aftermarket product/service lines
- Extensive experience managing complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles
- Background in injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, or related plastics processing technologies
- Experience operating in a private equity-backed or publicly traded manufacturing environment
- Strong business acumen with full P&L ownership and the ability to develop and execute multi-year commercial strategies
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), sales analytics tools, and pipeline management
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive-level negotiation skills
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build collaborative, high-performing teams
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Valid driver’s license
