Senior Sales Parts Motorcycle

PT Honda Trading Indonesia is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented professional to join our team as Senior Staff Parts 2W. In this role, you will be responsible for handling new business opportunities, coordinating new product development activities, and maintaining strong communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle new RFQs (Request for Quotation) from customers and L1.

• Prepare and submit quotations for new RFQs received from customers and L1.

• Monitor and coordinate the development progress of new RFQs, including sample and event-part delivery arrangements to customers and L1.

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding requirements for new product development projects.

• Identify and develop potential customers for Non-Honda business opportunities.

• Conduct analysis and prepare reports related to new model activities for both Honda and Non-Honda business segments.

• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree from a reputable university.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Previous experience in a sales-related role will be an advantage.

• Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
