Payroll Technical Implementor (ERPNext/Frappe)

What You'll Do:

Implement and configure Payroll modules within ERPNext/Frappe based on complex business requirements.

Develop custom Frappe apps, scripts, and server-side logic (Python) to automate payroll processing.

Design and customize VueJS-based front-end components for better user experiences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between HR, Finance, and Payroll.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing ERPNext implementations for high performance.

What We're Looking For:

Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python and VueJS.

Domain Expertise: Proven experience with the Frappe Framework and ERPNext ecosystem, specifically in Payroll and HR modules.

Full Stack Capability: Strong grasp of both back-end logic (Frappe/Python) and front-end development.

Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of Indonesian payroll regulations, tax (PPH21), and BPSS logic is a major plus.

Attention to Detail: Ability to handle sensitive data with precision and meet strict project deadlines.
