Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for freight forwarding services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Promote the company's air freight, sea freight, domestic and international forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and logistics solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements based on customer requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers while ensuring profitability.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after sales support professionally.
  • Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to expand the customer base.


Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Tranportation, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain sales.
  3. Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, including air freight, ocean freight, customs clearance, and logistics services.
  4. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  6. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
