Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for freight forwarding services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote the company's air freight, sea freight, domestic and international forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and logistics solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements based on customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers while ensuring profitability.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after sales support professionally.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to expand the customer base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Tranportation, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain sales.
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, including air freight, ocean freight, customs clearance, and logistics services.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
