Project Director

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead project execution to achieve the established project objectives in terms of quality, cost, safety, and schedule.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring effective coordination across all project functions.

• Lead the site team to ensure the availability of resources required for optimal productivity.

• Coordinate with the Procurement, Design, Quantity Surveying (QS), and other relevant departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Manage and monitor the overall project budget, cash flow, and cost performance.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project objectives.

• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management, while developing strategies to achieve project targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, contractual requirements, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

• Review and approve major project decisions, technical issues, change orders, and contract-related matters.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.

• Mentor and develop project team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.

• Uphold integrity and promote ethical standards within the project environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

• Proven experience leading the construction of a five-star hotel project; experience with projects located in Bali is preferred.

• Willing to be based in Bali for the duration of the project.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience.
